"I accidentally ordered the wrong size…"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size from Holland Cooper, so I had to sort out an exchange. The form was straightforward and I did get updates along the way, which was helpful. It just took a few days longer than I expected, and it did feel like things maybe weren’t being moved along quite as quickly as they could’ve been. The new size arrived in good condition and fits much better, so no real complaints there. I’d have given 5 stars if the exchange had been a bit quicker, but overall it wasn’t a big issue

I ordered a jacket and, it feels really high-end. The fabric is lovely and the little details make it feel more expensive than I expected. Delivery was totally fine too. It is a bit pricey for me though, and they definitely know they’re charging for that premium feel, so I’m giving it 4 stars. Still, the quality does kind of justify it.

"Pretty Solid Overall"
I’m usually particular about finding the right size, and most of the time I’m able to get what I’m looking for here, which I really appreciate. A couple of the more popular items were out of stock when I first checked, but they did come back later, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, it’s been a good experience.

"Nice stuff, but the sizing threw me off"
I ordered a jacket and a pair of trousers, and the clothes look really nice. The material feels good too, like not cheap or flimsy. But yeah, the sizing was a bit weird. The jacket was tighter around the arms than I expected, and the trousers were definitely smaller than my usual size. I thought maybe it was just me at first, but no, had to exchange them. Bit of a hassle, especially when you just want to wear the thing already. Once I got the right size though, they did look good, so I’d still buy again, just maybe size up next time.

I do like it, it’s a nice item overall and feels like what I was hoping for, but the colour threw me off a little when I opened it because it’s definitely darker in person than it looked in the photos. Not a huge deal, and I’m still keeping it, I just wish the pictures showed the shade a bit more accurately.

"Nice jacket, but I’d wait for a sale"
I bought this jacket and I have to admit, it really does look lovely on. I’m a bit picky with jackets though, and for the full price I was expecting it to feel a little more special. The quality is definitely good, so I’m not disappointed, but I’m not totally convinced it’s worth paying full price for. Personally, I’d probably only buy from them again if it was on sale.

Everything came as ordered, so I can’t really complain about that. It was nice to receive exactly what I paid for and there were no missing items. That said, the overall experience was basic and didn’t really stand out in any way. Still, it got the job done.

A button on my jacket decided to make a break for freedom after I’d worn it a few times, so I emailed Holland Cooper not expecting much. Naturally, just to ruin my low expectations, their aftercare team got back to me quickly and sorted it out with zero fuss. They were really friendly, kept me updated, and it felt like they still cared even after I’d already paid. Would happily order from them again

"Finally, loyalty points that don’t feel like a scam"
I’ve ordered from Holland Cooper a few times now, their loyalty points are actually worth using. I’m annoyed I’ve wasted time with other brands that make rewards so complicated they’re basically useless. With this, I used my points on my last order without any hassle, and when I had a question, customer service got back to me quickly. This is how it should be done, and it definitely makes me want to shop with them again.
