I purchased a Studland jacket back in December. Recently (May) a press stud fell off. I contacted CS and they were so helpful. They arranged a return for me to send the faulty jacket back (very straightforward) and sent me a foc replacement, which was a complete surprise ! I felt this was an excellent resolution to the fault.

I visited the boutique in Cheltenham, wonderful experience with friendly, helpful staff. Bought the Brompton mini tote, the white Broderie shirt and a pair of Jodphur jeans. Feel a million dollars in my outfit! Quality, beautiful and fit well. Perfect!

Most of my wardrobe nowadays is from Holland Cooper. The quality of the products is outstanding along with excellent customer service. I’ve tried and tested their footwear, dresses, shirts, T-shirts, hoodies, knitwear, trousers, blazers & jackets and all items are well thought out products, that are beautifully packaged along with quick deliveries! Would 100% recommend!

Can not fault the quality of this brand of clothing! I love all there knitwear, it wears well and washes superb as long as you follow the label instructions. I treat my self to 1 piece of clothing every pay day, so roll on end of month 😁... if i cauld i wauld spend lots more!... thouroughly reccomend this wonderfull brand, i really need to try the footwear next. I’m obsessed with this brand! I have joggers, t shirt, coated jodhpurs and their raincoat.. come winter I’ll be buying a long quilted coat! I love the styling and branding and it’s excellent quality. I could buy more but I think dressing head to toe in their logos might be a bit much🥸

Just received . the new cream summer dress and shorts. Came beautifully wrapped and wow the fit is superb

I bought the Folgate Rain Coat
In Soft Khaki and I am in love with it!
Fantastic quality and quick delivery. I got it a day before scheduled.
I ordered size XL which fits a bit loose around the waist and hips.
Contacted customer services for guidance on the size and they kindly explained the difference in between sizes which would be around 1-2cm, so I could check the measurements against another jacket and decided that the XL is the perfect size for me.

My initial concerns, since I ordered from Germany, were completely unfounded.
Even with a small complaint, the response was quick and exemplary.
I am absolutely impressed with this great customer service from Holland Cooper and my next order is already planned.

My husband bought me a hoodie for Christmas after 4 wears it developed bobbling under the arm area I took pictures and emailed them, saying I wasn’t happy with it, nearly immediately got a reply asking for me to return it to them, they inspected it and agreed it wasn’t up to standard a replacement was sent out and received very quickly.
So pleased it was resolved as I love my hoodie and was annoyed it had gone the way it had, would definitely recommend this company as they’re very helpful and genuine
